From start to finish, Suburban Marble and Granite have been fantastic! (That is actually an understatement.) Picking these expensive items for your house is a tremendous undertaking, and the sales staff were only there to help and guide. We never felt pressured and were relieved to get some help and direction and found some less expensive but more complimentary tile. Allison and Dave are the people to work with, hands down. Now, as for install… wow, did they hit it out of the park! Esteban and Tomas are masters of their trade. I would be hard-pressed to find anyone that was disappointed with their work. They are amazing and blew me away. All in all, I can’t recommend Suburban Marble and Granite enough. A+

Flawless craftsmanship and a seamless experience from start to finish! I can’t say enough about my experience with Suburban Marble and Granite. This Philadelphia project had its fair share of challenges and delays, but their team was the bright spot that carried us through. From start to finish, the coordination with Dave Hennessey and the craftsmanship of the installers, Edgar and Ballantine, was nothing short of stellar. Communication was clear, consistent, and thoughtful. Both my client and I, as the designer, felt truly heard and supported throughout the process. They not only finished ahead of schedule but delivered a final result that was absolutely stunning. The porcelain tile came with multiple prints, which could have been a real challenge in less experienced hands. Instead, Edgar and Ballantine took the time and care to place each large-format tile with precision and artistry. They also caught and corrected issues with floor leveling and walls that were out of plumb—challenges that could have been glaring in the finished product but are now completely undetectable. The result? A seamless, organic flow with zero repeat prints across all four walls. Every floor seam lines up perfectly with the wall tiles—a detail that speaks volumes about their expertise. The end product is simply beautiful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Suburban Marble and Granite to anyone who values exceptional workmanship, professionalism, and true attention to detail.

We have used Suburban twice to replace our bathroom counters and, more recently, our kitchen counter. Last May, Suburban installed quartz counters and a new sink in our kitchen. We were very pleased with their service and installation. Recently, we noticed that the front of the kitchen sink was loose, so we called Suburban for advice. They simply asked for some pictures, which were provided. The next business day, their installation person was at my house to address the issue. It seems that the cabinet itself may have caused the sink to shift, so the Suburban tech took everything apart and added supports to correct the issue. We thank them for their quick service, expertise and, most of all, the pride they take in their business. There was no charge for this service call.

Dave was a great help in all aspects of addressing the repair of our shower floor and lower walls—from assisting in finding a tile to complement the existing wall tile, to brainstorming to create a pattern that made the transition from the original tile to replacement tile end up looking as a purposeful style choice rather than an obvious patch job, to estimating the project timeline perfectly. Jeff, the installer, and his team took great care and time throughout the process. Dave stopped by each day to oversee and explain each step of the process. While planning our kitchen remodeling project, we had selected an unusual tile that we really liked. Our contractor got tied up, the project was delayed, and by the time a start date was announced, the tile we selected had been discontinued. In trying to find an alternative tile, we visited a half dozen stores and received little to no help. Finally, we had the good fortune to try Suburban Marble and Tile and meet Tile Manager Dave Hennessy. Dave went above and beyond to help us find the tile we wanted. What an amazing experience. We were made to feel welcome by an incredibly knowledgeable and kind salesperson, Elissa. She was extremely patient and helpful. She was quick to answer all of our questions (there were plenty). She went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. The install team was unbelievable. Simmy and his men worked like a well-oiled machine, no downtime or wasted motion. They were, again like Elissa, incredibly kind and courteous. Each person greeted me and introduced themselves as they entered our house. They were detail-oriented and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Dave and Vita were so meticulous with their work it was like watching an artist lay out and then install their masterpiece while doing our backsplash. Again, both were kind and courteous. We moved to Doylestown, PA seven years ago and purchased a home. We were fortunate to inherit a list of quality vendors who knew our 35-year-old house and serviced us well. Allison’s professionalism was apparent from the start; touring the showroom she answered all of our questions and directed us to slabs of stone that would work with our new cabinets. In the first five minutes we knew that we had selected the best company to provide this essential component. I can’t say enough about our experience from start to finish. Their staff of professionals measured, laid out, cut, and installed our new countertops, which truly added the wow factor. Brenda reminded me to give a special shout to Omar, their layout magician. There was no stress or pressure when dealing with the folks at Suburban, as we had encountered at other stone vendors. They had us come back to approve the layout before they cut the granite, and I really liked seeing how the pattern would look in each piece. They installed everything the next week. The installers were very professional, worked hard, and cleaned up everything. After seeing a fireplace redone from Suburban Marble and Granite, I immediately decided to have my fireplace done too. My neighbor took me right to Suburban and we asked to see Dave Hennessey. He was the salesman for my neighbor. Not knowing much about having a fireplace redone, Dave explained everything to me in a way that was very understandable. He helped me in making a decision regarding the design and color and whatever else I needed to select. On the day of installation, he stopped in to make sure the job was going as it should. Suburban Marble did an outstanding job in our kitchen. Professional and so neat. We presented them with a difficult task as we decided to replace our backsplash and work area tiles after we refinished our cabinets and painted the kitchen, which is not ideal, to say the least. I was concerned we might have some damage to the cabinetry or need paint touch-ups upon completion. They did the most perfect job... not a scratch or mark to be found on cabinets and walls.
